Policies

COVID-19 policy : 

 We currently dont require masks but we recommend them.  This is for your safety, the safety of other clients and our staff. No children this is an adult only spa if children come we will reschedule appointment and charge a cancellation fee. NO exceptions. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $35. for NO CALL/ NO SHOW 50% of the service will be taken. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

for retreats is 50% of the total service since these are a block of 2-4 hours for our therapists.

ONLINE BOOKING:

When booking online after the FIRST “NO CALL/NO SHOW” the system will automatically block your account from being able to book online. Please call us to provide a credit card number to lift the hold from your account. we take this very seriously due to our high volume appointments. Thank you for understanding.

LATE POLICY: *important*

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If
the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be still be required to pay full price. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.

BOOKING:

To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation for appointments over 30 minutes.  We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided above.

EYEBROW WALK-INS:

We love to serve you! walk-ins are ALWAYS welcome! but due to our high request in threading/waxing we do ask that you make an appointment to ensure your service.

GROUP BOOKINGS:

For parties of three or more, please contact us for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.

PRICES AND SERVICES:

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 281-758-1988 or you may contact us below. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will email your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift Certificates are transferable but cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. 1 year expiration dates for all certificates. no exceptions.

SERIES OF TREATMENTS:

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased.

GRATUITY:

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist upon check out at the front desk with cash, or credit card.

CHECK IN:

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

RETAIL RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased, you may receive a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Product must NOT be open.

CHILDREN POLICY:

The staff at Energe Spa love children….some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Many guests look forward to their salon and spa experience as personal “pampering” time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (Hot steamer, hot wax bowls, glass shelves, etc.) Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your services or therapist, please let management know as soon as possible, preferably right after the service, in order for management to address the issue.
